NOTE:
Use the Edit (pencil) icon to Select values from the slushbucket for the sysparm_fields.

- System Web Services > REST > REST API Explorer.
- Click Explore. Note that this is a One-time click.
- From the left section of the form, make sure Retrieve records from a table (GET) is selected.
- Fill out the form as shown. tableName: Incident (incident) sysparm_query: State = New sysparm_fields*: number,state,short_description sysparm_limit: 10 (Limited to 10 results for testing)
- Send. A 200 OK status displays. If a status other than 200 displays, debug and retest.
- Examine the Response Body result
Copy the link from the Retrieve records from a table field; it will be used for the
Endpoint field in the Outbound REST Message form in the Consumer instance.
