Define an Update Source

1. within developer instance: problem > create new
2. notice there is no Updated and Updated by fields
3. system update sets > update sources
4. new
5. Name: Imported Problem Form Edits
6. click padlock next to URL
7. input URL of an instance that has an update set that you want to import
8. enter this instance's admin username and password
9. optionally fill out description
10. click Test Connection btn
11. save
12. click Retrieve Completed Update Sets
13. close the window after it has reached 100%
