Define conditions for search context

• Configurations can be applied to define conditions for each search context. In this example, the catalog search resource was configured to only display search results from a specific service catalog.

How to define conditions for search context

1. Navigate to Contextual Search > Search Contexts.
2. Open a search context record that has catalog under the Resource Configurations related list.
   1. In this example, the Incident Deflection demo record was used.
3. Open the catalog property to view its property details.
4. Update the Value field, typing the name of a single service catalog.
   1. In this example, the Technical Catalog was chosen.
