Plan time before an import to verify your data:

• Remove obsolete data
• Innaccurate data takes time to fix after a data import

Note:
It is also possible to choose an existing import set table to use for loading data from the same source, or data that has the same field/ column designations.
When an existing import set table is chosen, the table fields are added when the incoming source of data contains fields / columns that do not exist.
