Copy and edit an existing workflow to create a new workflow

Copy and Modify the Service Catalog Item Request Workflow

1. Impersonate as sys admin
2. Workflow > Workflow Editor
3. From the Workflow tab select Service Catalog Item Request
4. Workflow Action menu, select Copy
5. Name Infinity Item Request
6. click Ok

Customize the Workflow

1. double-click Catalog Task with Stage: Order Fullfilment (4 days)
2. Modify the name to: Infinity Order Fulfillment
3. Populate task variables section
4. change Procurement to Service Desk
5. Modify Short Description field
6. click Update
7. double-click Catalog Task with Stage: Deployment (1 Day)
8. Modify the name: Infinity Delivery
9. Change Fulfillment group to Service Desk
10. Modify Short Description and Instructions
11. click Update
