Provide application menu and module access for a specified role

Confirm and Modify Access to the Infinity Inventory Application

1. System Definition > Application Menus
2. Find and Open Infinity Inventory
3. Click Edit User Roles
4. Add u_infinity_support
5. click Done
6. click Update

Update the Infinity Support Group

1. User Administration > Groups
2. Open Service Desk
3. Roles tab
4. click Edit...
5. Add u_infinity_support
6. Save

Test the Visibility Settings

1. Impersonate
2. Expand Infinity Inventory
3. click Add Inventory

Update roles and groups

1. Impersonate as sys_admin
2. Open u_infinity_support
3. Under Contains Roles click Edit...
4. Add u_infinity_user
5. Save
6. User Administration > Groups
7. Open Infinity Customer Support
8. Under Roles click Edit...
9. Add u_infinity_user
10. Save
11. Impersonate
