Testing without a Smartphone
Possible to test mobile script functionality
on a desktop if you do not have a smartphone
Platform has a built-in mobile UI emulator
- Append /$m.do to the end of your instance URL
To return to the Desktop Mode:
- Open the Application Navigator and select the Home.
- Select the Profile link on the right-side of the header bar
- Select Log Out or Switch to Desktop.
Important
Although using the Mobile UI emulator gives you an idea of the mobile experience, it is always recommended to test using the native mobile app on a mobile devices to experience the software the same way your users will.
