Use the application navigator and its filter to acces different areas of ServiceNow
Log on to your training Instance
- Double click all applications navigator to expand / collapse all
- Locate the incident
Use the filter navigator
- Application menu > Module name
- indicates the navigation path to use in the expanded application navigator
- Incident > create new
- Application navigator > filter navigator
- Type self-service in the filter navigator
- Scroll down if it's not visible right away
- Self Service > Service catalog
- Type service in the filter navigator
