Use the application navigator and its filter to acces different areas of ServiceNow

Log on to your training Instance

  1. Double click all applications navigator to expand / collapse all
  2. Locate the incident

Use the filter navigator

  1. Application menu > Module name
    1. indicates the navigation path to use in the expanded application navigator
  2. Incident > create new
  3. Application navigator > filter navigator
    1. Type self-service in the filter navigator
    2. Scroll down if it's not visible right away
  4. Self Service > Service catalog
  5. Type service in the filter navigator
