Submit an incident from the Service Portal

  1. Click the get help
  2. Create Incident
  3. Fill out Form
  4. Submit
  5. Log Out as User
  6. Remove sp suffix
  7. Press Enter

Update the incident

  1. Log in as System Administrator
  2. Impersonate user
  3. Service Desk > My Groups
  4. Open Incident Record
  5. Update with Info
  6. Save
  7. Stay on the Form
  8. Update the incident record
    1. Notes tab
    2. Work notes
    3. Type < hello jon ...>
    4. Check additional comments
    5. Post
    6. See the comment under activity section
    7. Update the incident
    8. Save
    9. Form header
    10. Follow
    11. Connect sidebar
    12. Locate the conversation around the incident
    13. Select infinity is having trouble
    14. Add trey out to the conversation
    15. Add user
    16. Search trey tout
    17. Select user
    18. Type message
    19. Enter
