Develop a new email notification
- Impersonate as sys admin
- System notification > email > notifications
- New
- More options menu
- Toggle annotations on / off
- Set name of incident
- Set the values
- Select who will receive
- Click unlock for user / groups in fields
- Highlight assignment group + under the available bucket
- Assignment group highlighted
- Click expand item icon
- Highlight manager on the scroll down in the available list
- Add item
- Groups field
- Edit groups
- Search for and select infinity security
- Click what it will contain
- Type the info for the subject
- Add a dynamic value to the subject
- Select number field value on the scroll down
- Highlight from the message then copy to your clipboard
- Click in subject field
- Press spacebar
- Paste info from clipboard
- Update the message field
- Include text to replace old text
- Submit
