Add Knowledge and service catalog modules to favorites

Set Module Favorites

  1. Banner Frame
  2. User menu
  3. Impersonate user
    1. Also possible through searching their name in the search for user id
  4. Reload
  5. Use the keyword self in the application navigator
  6. Self-Service > Knowledge
  7. Open ServiceNow fundamentals class
  8. Download files
  9. hover to add or drag to favorites
  10. clear filter by pressing x
  11. go to favorites to see favorites
  12. pencil to edit
