Make platfom changes and capture them in the new Update Set

1. problem > create new
2. form context menu > configure > form layout
3. Add Updated after Assigned to
4. Add Updated by after Updated
5. save
6. click View current update Set icon next to update set picker on top
7. notice on Customer Updates that new record is captured
8. change the Update Set from In progress to Complete
9. Click Updated
