Define, apply, and test user criteria on the knowledge base
- impersonate admin
- knowledge > administration > user criteria
- new
- Fill out form: name and companies
- submit
- knowledge > administration > knowledge bases
- open Human Resources record
- scroll down > click can read tab
- click edit...
- add user criteria created in steps 3-5
- save
- impersonate someone who is not meeting user criteria
- self service > knowledge
- confirm he cannot see HR knowledge base
