Define, apply, and test user criteria on the knowledge base

  1. impersonate admin
  2. knowledge > administration > user criteria
  3. new
  4. Fill out form: name and companies
  5. submit
  6. knowledge > administration > knowledge bases
  7. open Human Resources record
  8. scroll down > click can read tab
  9. click edit...
  10. add user criteria created in steps 3-5
  11. save
  12. impersonate someone who is not meeting user criteria
  13. self service > knowledge
  14. confirm he cannot see HR knowledge base
