Test the notification

1. Impersonate
2. Incident > create new
3. Fill out record
4. Submit the incident
5. Impersonate sys admin
6. system mailboxes > outbound > outbox
7. Locate Record
8. Click Created Timestamp to open the record
9. Click Preview html body to preview message received by the recipients
