Preparation

1. Open Beth Anglin's user record and set her password. Record the new password
2. Add the Problem application to the Mobile Navigator ->
3. Navigate to System Mobile UI > Navigator Apps
4. Select New
5. Configure the form:

6. Name: Problem
   Order: 400
   Active: Selected
   Roles: itil
   

7. Select Submit
8. Create a Create New Mobile Module from an existing desktop Module ->
9. Navigate to System Definition > Modules
10. Locate and open the Problem table's Create New module
11. Select the New Mobile Module Related Link
12. Select Submit
