Create Database Indexes

1. System Definition > Tables
2. Select the asset table
3. In the Database Indexes Related List, click New.
4. Move the following fields to the Selected slushbucket:
   1. State
   2. Substate
   3. Display name
5. Click the create index
6. Select the do not notify me under upon completion
7. ok
8. ok on the message
9. close the indexes
