Retrieve an Update Set, commiting platform changes to the developer instance

1. from the Retrieved Update Sets tab, open the Problem Form Changes
2. from the header - click the Commit Update Set btn
3. close the window when its succeeded
4. system update sets > retrieved update sets
5. you should notice the new Update Set with a state of Commited
