Supported devices for the mobile app

  • Apple iPhones running iOS 9 and above.
  • Apple iPod touches running iOS 9 and above.
  • Apple iPads running iOS 9 and above.
  • Android mobile devices running KitKat (4.4) and above.

Requires the Geneva version of a ServiceNow instance or later.

Android and iOS mobile apps are similar with a few minor differences to make experiences unique
to each platform. E.g. the location of the Navigation menu varies between the two platforms to stay
consistent with the platform-specific UI.

Users without an iOS or Android device can still access an instance on a smartphone by navigating
to the standard URL of an instance in a web browser.

IMPORTANT

Some features are Not supported in the Mobile app UI. Always check ServiceNow's Product
documentation (docs.servicenow.com) for the most up to date information on which features have limited to no mobile support.
