- Who i.e - Maintains the group memberships
- What i.e - what happens to the company re-org
- When i.e - How often should CMBD data be archived
Maintain Data
- Monitor table growths periodically - like monthly or so
Data types
- Persistent - i.e user, cmdb, tasks
- Transient - log information
Unmonitored data
- Unmonitored data makes longer response times
