Create a Business Rule

  1. open incident form
  2. context menu > configure > business rules
  3. click new
  4. fill out - name: Alert - Incident Submitted, insert: check
  5. click the actions tab
  6. check add message
  7. add some message
  8. submit
  9. incident > create new
  10. fill out form
  11. submit
  12. confirm that your message has appeared on top of the list
