Test the workflow
- Impersonate some guy that is not admin - lol
- Self-service > service catalog
- Hardware > infinity
- Submit order (order now button)
- Impersonate admin
- Service Catalog > Open Records > Requests
- open the Infinity request created in step 4
- in requested items tab - click item number (RITMnnnnnnnn)
- scroll down (related links) and click show workflow
- return to main instance window > select Approvers tab
- click Requested from the State column
- click Approve btn
- repeat last 3 steps to complete second approval (CIO approval)
- Impersonate guy from step 1
- Self-service > my requests
- open request and look on stage (should be at order fulfillment)
- impersonate someone from service desk
- service desk > my groups work
- search for Task (short description contains Infinity)
- click Close Task btn
