Create Cleanup Scripts

  • Create a Cleanup Scripts to prevent users from logging into sub-production instances.
  • Cleanup scripts may also be used to disable scheduled reports, disable integrations, clear the email outbox, close out all Incidents (to stop SLAs from continuing to run and trigger notifications on sub-prods), etc.
  • Navigate to System Clone > Clone Definition > Cleanup Scripts.
  • Click New.
  • Complete the form as shown.
