Create a New Catalog Item

1. Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items
2. Create a new Catalog Item

3. Name: Brother Network-Ready Printer Toner
   Catalogs: Service Catalog
   Category: Printers
   Workflow: Service Catalog Item Request
   Short Description: Brother TN 2000 Series Toner
   Description: Yields approximately 1200 pages
   Picture: Toner.png (downloaded earlier)
   

4. Save the record, remain on the form
